Excavator bucket teeth are critical wearable parts of excavators. They resemble human teeth in structure, comprising assembled teeth connected by pins. Since wear and failure typically occur at the tooth tip, only the tip needs to be replaced.

Based on the operating environment, excavator bucket teeth can be classified into:

• Rock teeth (used for iron ore, etc.)

• Earthmoving teeth (used for digging soil, sand, etc.)

• Cone teeth (used in coal mines).

According to the base of the bucket teeth, they can be categorized into:

• Vertical pin bucket teeth (primarily for Hitachi excavators)

• Horizontal pin bucket teeth (for Komatsu, Caterpillar, Daewoo, Shenggang, and other excavators)

• Rotating bucket teeth (V-series bucket teeth).
