Based on different working conditions, buckets can be classified as follows:

Term:

• Standard Bucket: Made of domestically produced high-quality alloy steel Q345, it is suitable for lighter working environments such as excavation of general clay, loose soil, sand, earth, and loading of gravel.

• Reinforced Bucket: The tooth base plate and side edge plate of the vulnerable parts are made of domestically produced high-performance, high-strength wear-resistant steel NM360. It is suitable for heavy-duty operations such as excavation of hard soil mixed with soft gravel or loading of gravel and pebbles.

• Rock Bucket: The tooth base plate and side edge plate are made of ultra-high-strength wear-resistant steel imported from Sweden. It is suitable for heavy-duty operating environments such as excavation of hard soil, secondary hard rock, eolian fossils, or hard rock mixed with hard gravel, as well as loading of ore after blasting.

Bucket Structure Composition:

A bucket is a structural product consisting of components such as the tooth base plate, bottom plate, side plate, wall plate, ear plate, back plate, bucket ear plate, bucket ear sleeve, bucket teeth, tooth seat, protective plate, or bucket corner. Therefore, welding is the most critical production process for the bucket body. The welding quality directly affects the structural strength, usage performance, and service life of the bucket.
