      The material of the excavator bucket teeth is low-alloy wear-resistant steel, which is suitable for bucket teeth applications. However, due to the lack of necessary heat treatment, the structure of the bucket teeth is uneven, leading to insert failure and poor overall wear resistance of the bucket teeth, which results in early failure. It is recommended to perform normalization treatment appropriately after casting the castings to improve their structural properties and service life. After undergoing reasonable heat treatment, the service life of the bucket teeth has been increased by nearly 2 times under the same working conditions.
