I. During rotary drilling operations, it is imperative to strictly adhere to using friction drill rods for hard formations and appropriate drill rods for soft formations.

II. When users anticipate drilling in a particular formation for an extended period, it is recommended to configure two sets of the same drill rods for alternating use. This allows for timely maintenance and repair of the drill rods, ensuring the user's construction schedule is maintained.

III. When the torque and compressive strength of the selected drill rod are less than the output force of the drilling machine, appropriate measures must be taken to protect the drill rod from damage.
