The proportion of small excavators in construction machinery has been increasing year by year, making them the primary digging equipment for individual owners. However, people's understanding of excavators, especially in terms of maintenance for small excavators among individual owners, is still incomplete. Here is a brief introduction to the maintenance methods for excavators.

I. Three Oils and One Fluid Inspection: The inspection of hydraulic oil, engine oil, and diesel oil, particularly hydraulic oil and engine oil, must meet the standards specified by the manufacturer. The coolant must be saturated, and the cooling system should be checked for leaks.

II. Where grease (butter) needs to be applied, it must be ensured that the grease has been fully applied.

III. Soil and debris in the tracks should be cleared as much as possible. After cleaning, observe the tension of the tracks. Correctly apply grease according to standards to ensure normal use of the traveling mechanism.

IV. When the bucket teeth and side teeth of the excavator are severely worn, they should be replaced promptly to ensure the normal digging force of the excavator.
