Attention should be paid to leaving a margin at the end of the stroke, as the working hydraulic cylinder contains a cushioning device that gradually releases the back pressure near the end of the stroke. When the piston reaches the end of the stroke and is impacted, it may directly hit the cylinder head or cylinder base, which can easily cause accidents. Therefore, try to leave a gap when reaching the end of the stroke. Using rotating movements for bulldozing can cause abnormal stress on the bucket and working devices, resulting in deformation, weld cracks, or even pin shaft fractures. Such operations should be avoided as much as possible. Using the machine's weight for excavation can cause abnormal stress conditions on the slewing bearing and simultaneously produce intense vibration and impact on the chassis. When loading and unloading heavy materials such as rocks, they should be unloaded near the bottom of the truck compartment or loaded with soil first, followed by rocks. High-altitude unloading is prohibited to reduce impact damage to the truck. When the tracks are deeply stuck in mud, place a wooden board under the bucket, use the bottom end of the bucket to support the tracks, and then place another wooden board under the tracks to push the machine out.
